Delivery Areas: We are pleased to offer our delicious baked goods to customers in the cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Please note that we currently deliver exclusively to these locations.

Shipping Methods: At Changla Sourdough, we take personal care of your order from our bakery to your doorstep. We organize deliveries ourselves to ensure the utmost freshness and quality of our products.

Delivery Timeframes: Here's what you can expect:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order details.

  • Baking Days: We bake our delicious treats at Changla Gali every Friday evening.

  • Delivery Days: Orders received before Friday will be freshly baked and delivered to Islamabad and Rawalpindi on the following Saturday.

  • Weather Contingency: In case of adverse weather conditions, baking will be rescheduled to Tuesdays, and deliveries will be completed on the following Wednesday. This ensures that you receive the freshest baked goods possible.

  • Orders Placed After Friday: Orders received after Friday will be processed and delivered in the following week, aligning with our commitment to delivering the highest quality products.

Delivery Charges: We offer competitive and transparent delivery charges. The exact delivery fee for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please review the delivery charges before finalizing your order.

Payment Collection (if applicable): For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please have the exact payment amount in cash ready for collection at the time of delivery. Our delivery person will collect the payment from you upon delivering your baked goods.

Receipt: Upon successful delivery, our delivery person will issue a receipt or delivery confirmation to acknowledge the receipt of your order.
